Here's a post I put on the KJB haters forum
that so far none of them have even attempted to answer:
Those of
you who say that *all* the versions are pure scripture, but all versions have
errors need to be honest that you are proposing an oxymoron that supercedes
jumbo shrimp or government intelligence.
If you accept the words to mean what they mean without
giving them personal definitions, you cannot have a "scripture" with error.
Scripture is given by inspiration of God (God breathed). If you say that
"scripture" has errors, you are accusing God of having bad breath. If you use
the words honestly, you cannot say any version is scripture that has errors.
Likewise, you cannot rightly call something pure that is impure. The
soap ad says 99 44/100 pure because it's not 100% pure. You should be
honest enough to call your versions Soap Bibles if you believe they have
errors. They cannot be pure if they have errors.
You can keep saying
that you have the pure scripture, but unless you can show one that's
errorless, you are not being honest in that claim. Only KJBOs are truly
consistent with what we really believe when we say we have a "pure
scripture".
You do not have "pure scripture" and by your posted beliefs
of errors, I don't think you even have a Bible as pure as the soap.
I
just want you to be honest with what you profess to believe. You
cannot rightly profess to believe you have "pure scripture" if your
"scripture" has more impurities than soap.
Please be honest enough to
admit that and stop passing yourself off as "Bible believers" when there's no
Bible you truly believe.
